The submission deadline for the Baltimore American Advertising Awards is January 6, 2017. According to the American Advertising Federation of Baltimore, the goal is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising across all mediums. Kapowza, a Baltimore-based agency, completed a commercial for client FilterBuy, one of the leading air filter producers and distributors in the United States. The spot, featuring a man speaking from inside a furnace, has already had 250,000 views on FilterBuy’s Facebook page.

MGH has been selected by central Pennsylvania-based Soccer Shots to handle the company’s digital advertising efforts. The agency will develop and implement a strategic digital advertising plan to help boost enrollment in Soccer Shots’ soccer programs, which emphasize character development and skill building. Located just outside Harrisburg, Pa., Soccer Shots has 110 franchises operating in 170 territories across more than 30 states. The company offers programs for children ages 2 through 8.
