Ad tech company AppNexus, based in New York, announces its acquisition of MediaGlu, a cross-device technology business based in Baltimore and founded in 2010 by online ad veterans from Advertising.com and Videology. The new capability will enable advertisers to differentiate how and on which devices their audience members are viewing ads and better tailor their advertising strategies across platforms. MediaGlu’s six-person team will remain in Baltimore, according to AppNexus.
