Buzz in Baltimore: News from Maryland Live, Orange Element, Response Labs and Maryland Arts Council

Tim Moorhead, previously creative communications manager at Adashmore Creative, joins Maryland Live Casino as social and digital media specialist.

Orange Element in Fells Point announces a promotion and two hires: Andy Bonner has been promoted to design director. Caroline Torba is now director of operations and Jess Langley joins as designer.

Justin Franklin joins Response Labs, Inc. as digital marketing manager.

Previously special projects coordinator with the Maryland Office of the Governor, Jill Kubatko is now marketing and communications manager at the Maryland State Arts Council.

Michelle Lawrence is now director of marketing and communications at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake.
