After leading Star-Spangled 200, Inc. in Baltimore as executive director since 2011, political strategist Ann Beegle has formed her own public affairs firm, Ann Beegle, LLC. At Star-Spangled 200 she led a team of pubic and private stakeholders in the production of the multi-year commemoration’s signature events, Star-Spangled Sailabration and Star-Spangled Spectacular. Previously, Beegle served as Chief of Staff to former Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith and as Executive Director of the Maryland Democratic Party. Her new practice will serve corporate, labor, philanthropic and issue advocacy groups at the state and local levels.

Another member of the Star-Spangled 200 team, Jill Feinberg, has joined Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital where she will lead communications efforts to donor, staff, patient and provider stakeholders in coordination with co-owners Johns Hopkins Medicine and the University of Maryland Medical System. She was director of marketing and communications for Star-Spangled 200.

At Groove, John Middlebrook has been promoted to director of client services.

Shannon Chong has been promoted from traffic coordinator to team lead, traffic at Millennial Media.
