The call for entries is open now for the 2016 Best in Maryland Awards competition, reports PRSA Maryland. Early bird deadline, with reduced entry fees, is Aug. 31. The final deadline is Sept. 12.
The awards gala will be held Dec. 8 at the Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore. Barb Clapp, president and CEO of Clapp Communications, will serve as emcee for the event. Joining her as the keynote speaker will be Susan Goldberg, editor-in-chief for National Geographic Magazine.
In addition to programs and tactics, nominations are open for the following awards:
- Lifetime Achievement
- New Professional of the Year
- Educator of the Year
- Partner of Distinction
