Communicators checking in and out at Hilton
Three communicator changes at Hilton, which is headquartered in McLean, VA.
Mariam Scherstrome joined Hilton as Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing for the Collections & Lifestyle brands. She wrote on LinkedIn that her first experience in hospitality was as an agency partner on the team that launched Curio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton. “And now I’ll be leading marketing for these two brands, among others.” She joins from Marriott International, which is based in Bethesda, MD.
Brittany Clauss, former director of media strategy and planning at Hilton, has joined United Airlines as director of advertising and social media. She wrote on LinkedIn that her father, “who passed away in August of 2019 was a Flight Attendant for United starting in 1977. I grew up flying United and always loved what they brought to the travel experience, and what in turn travel brings to your life. I know he would be so proud that I am working for the company he loved so much.”
Alexandra Kula has joined Hilton as Manager, Global Enterprise Communications. Previously, she was Account Supervisor at BCW Global and she also worked for Weber Shandwick in New York.
