Crosby Marketing Communications promoted three staff members.

  • Debbie White, left in photo, was promoted to senior digital program manager. In this role, she strategizes and manages large-scale digital programs using web, mobile, search, email and social media for clients, including the Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Kaiser Permanente, SAMHSA, and the Department of Defense. White joined Crosby in 2013 as a Digital Program Manager. She holds Google Analytics Individual Qualification, is a Qualified Individual in the Google Advertising Professionals Program, and holds certifications in B2B marketing and email from MarketingSherpa and MECLabs.
  • Nicole Bandy, center in photo, was named digital program manager. She helps oversee a variety of complex online, mobile, and search engine marketing programs, as well as analytics reporting. Her clients include the USDA, Saint Agnes Hospital, Maryland Primary Care Physicians, and Catholic Relief Services. Bandy joined Crosby as a Digital Marketing Specialist in 2014 and is a graduate of James Madison University. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, holds the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and is Google AdWords certified in Search, Display, Video and Mobile Advertising.
  • Katy Leuschner, right in photo, promoted to integration manager, helps manage the day-to-day workflow on multifaceted campaigns for clients in Crosby’s healthcare practice, including Kaiser Permanente, Saint Agnes Hospital, Sheppard Pratt Health Systems, and the Veterans Health Administration. Leuschner joined Crosby as an associate integration manager in 2014 and is a graduate of James Madison University.
