Geoff Livingston and No Brainer podcast co-host Greg Verdino  merged their firms into CognitivePath, a research and advisory firm serving enterprise marketing organizations. Livingston has been named principal analyst and founder. The duo said their initial primary focus “is generative and other AI technologies that will reinvent the marketing organization over the next few years. The promise of AI is very real. Based on our experiences, the best way to support marketing’s adoption path is by providing unbiased analyses of AI technologies and enterprise adoption trends, and when desired by the enterprise, AI training and implementation advisement.”

Sagefrog Marketing Group opened a D.C. office. The new D.C. location is helping Sagefrog, a full-service B2B marketing agency specializing in healthcare, technology, industrial, and business services, grow its geographic footprint in the Northeast. The agency currently operates from its Doylestown, PA, headquarters and satellite offices in Philadelphia, Princeton and Boston.

Banner Public Affairs adds Maranda Saling as vice president of government relations. Prior to joining Banner, Saling worked as the government affairs and policy manager for the Rural Community Assistance Partnership, where she was the lead staffer on legislative and appropriations priorities. A release states she also has substantial experience on Capitol Hill, having worked in Senator Cory Booker’s office, and founded her own public relations firm before transitioning to the political world.
