China Telecom’s U.S. unit hired D.C.-based Levick Strategic Communications for a public affairs campaign and crisis communications counsel/support/services on an as-needed basis, according to the Washington-based firm’s agreement with the Herndon, VA-based client, reports O’Dwyer’s. That effort began Oct. 9 and runs through Dec. 31. The PA campaign auto renews for another three months unless China Telecom Americas notifies Levick in writing by Dec. 15 that it wants to terminate the relationship, stated O’Dwyer’s.
Robyn Loube has been promoted to vice president of East Coast operations of the cross-cultural marketing firm, Sensis. Loube helped launch the Atlanta office of the company and now oversees it along with offices in Little Rock and Washington, D.C. She recently moved from Atlanta to D.C., but continues to split her time between the two cities.
