Clyde Group adds Marianne Kaiser as its first Senior Vice President of Creative and Digital. Kaiser will be responsible for Clyde Group’s art, digital and content teams and will be bringing all three together for the first time under the umbrella of creative. By doing this, states a release, “she plans to elevate creative strategy to build unified message and campaign platforms. Her passion to keep work fresh and delight clients with the unexpected is something she will infuse into the entire creative department to develop even more innovative solutions to support the agency’s client campaigns.” For more than 15 years, the release adds that “Kaiser has been a leader in the advertising and marketing industry with deep knowledge of creative and digital best practices. Her passion lies in storytelling — from the written word to visual design — with video being her favorite medium. Before joining the Clyde Group, Marianne had a proven track record of developing creative teams and creating an infrastructure of growth at SPLICE Agency and the Fingerpaint Group. She has a deep background in the healthcare space as well, giving her experience in crafting and launching brands and campaigns in a highly regulated space.”
APCO Worldwide acquired Chicago-based Gagen MacDonald, a human-focused transformation consulting firm.  According to a release, the acquisition joins “two independent and pioneering woman-owned companies together to bring deeper stakeholder insights and expertise to help organizations achieve their vision for positive change and transformation, APCO Founder and Chairman Margery Kraus announced.

Edelman Global Advisory (EGA), a boutique firm providing government affairs and business advisory services as part of Daniel J. Edelman Inc. announced that it will expand its capabilities and geographic reach through Edelman’s acquisition of Landmark Public Affairs, a public affairs and strategic communications agency with offices in BrusselsLondonSingapore, and New York City. With this acquisition, a release states that “EGA is expanding its international operations by combining its global vision with Landmark’s deep policy expertise and proven track record of delivering highly professional client advisory services, keeping EGA ahead of the demands of a fast-growing and ever-changing geopolitical environment.”
