Crossroads Strategies, LLC (CRS) announced the addition of Reggie A. McCrimmon, above, as senior vice president. Previously, McCrimmon was Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager at Google where he managed a global public policy portfolio focused on content and consumer safety. Prior to that he was the manager of U.S. Federal Public Policy & Philanthropy at Twitter where he played a pivotal role in leading key elements of the company’s legislative policy agenda, managing crisis response and engaging third-party stakeholders and organizations. Prior to his time in the private sector, he served as a key staff member in the halls of Congress. During his time on Capitol Hill, Reggie served as the Director of Member Services and External Affairs for the Congressional Black Caucus under Chairs Reps T. G.K. Butterfield (NC-01) and Cedric Richmond (LA-02). He also served as President of the Congressional Black Associates. At Crossroads Strategies, McCrimmon will advocate for clients in tech, commerce, health care, the workforce, and financial services sectors.

Seven Letter promoted Annalyse Keller – who also co-hosts the agency’s CONTROL podcast – to Partner. In addition, the agency  promoted Kara O’Connell to Managing Director – Seven Letter Labs. Paige Rusher and Benji Englander will be Senior Director, Eunice Yau will be Director – Research at Seven Letter Insight (message research/polling offering);  and Isabel Haber along with Sam Smith will become Manager

WHITE64 adds Mick Sutter as Chief Creative Officer. According to the agency,”an acclaimed writer and creative director, Mick’s work has been recognized by the One Show, Clios, ADC, Communication Arts, Webbys, Shortys and Cannes Festival of Creativity, where he was also a featured speaker. He comes to WHITE64 from SimpsonScarborough where he was VP/ECD of Creative & Digital, overseeing campaign, identity and experience design for the higher ed-focused agency’s broad book of clients.”
