Godfrey Dadich Partners (GDP), based in San Francisco, has acquired a minority stake of Washington, D.C., Black-owned creative agency Ghost Note, reports AgencySpy. Ghost Note founders, Steven Jumper, Brandon Ellis and Reggie Snowden, shown above, will remain its leaders and will be joined by a new advisory board comprised of GDP co-founders and CEOs, Scott Dadich and Patrick Godfrey. GDP CFO Janice Trichon and Robert Capps, GDP partner and head of editorial, will also sit on the board. Jumper, Ellis and Snowden founded Ghost Note nearly a decade ago and grew the business to a team of approximately 25. The founders aim to create a space where marginalized creatives can thrive, states AgencySpy.
Glen Echo Group adds three – Kate Jahries, Isha Modi and Tricia McCleary – and promotes four. Jahries joins the Glen Echo Group as a director and most recently was a Communications Manager at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Modi, who joins as an associate, was Marketing and Communications Assistant at the Global Resilience Institute. McCleary joins as an associate and was Associate Public Relations Manager at The ONE, Nutrition Just for You, a health and wellness startup. Additionally, Glen Echo Group announced four promotions. Amy Schatz is now Senior Vice President, Anne Keeney is Senior Director and Carrie Hutcheson and Miranda Neil are now Senior Associates.
