With over 900 members in the DMV, there are many opportunities to contribute. I’ve found it so rewarding to dig in and get involved with various WIT committees. This not only gave me the chance to uplift more women in the industry, but also make lifelong connections.”

General Design Co. is now And Wiser. According to the announcement, the name change “reflects our commitment to marrying strategy with creative curiosity. We are doing the same work you know and love, but we’re taking things up a notch with big aspirations to come in the fall. In the meantime, we are recharging our batteries and reimagining our company by pausing client work for July and August. I never would have thought a summer sabbatical could be possible, but if the pandemic taught us anything, it is that anything is possible.”
