D.C.-Area Agency Updates: Said Differently, Bluetext and JPA Health

Said Differently, promoted as an “untraditional global agency solving the hardest design, digital innovation, and business challenges,” announced its formal marketplace launch as founders Rachel Barek, in D.C. and Brian Skahan in Oregon “break away from the one-size-fits-all agency model for a technology-driven, professional services startup offering tailored client teams sourced from around the world.”
Barek, above, had been Managing Director of AKQA’s Washington, D.C., office and was a member of the firm’s Global Executive Leadership Team.

Bluetext worked on a rebranding for Kleiner Perkins-backed cyber company Trusona.  According to the agency,  Trusona turned to Bluetext to reimagine the brand presentation, reposition their identity and authentication solutions with fresh corporate messaging and launch a redesigned website.

JPA Health was named the 2021 Outstanding Small Agency Award at PRWeek’s Annual Ceremony. “The PRWeek Awards are viewed as one of the industry’s highest honors given annually and specifically honors one small agency a year that has achieved noteworthy success over the past 12 months,” states JPA Health.  Currently in its 15th year, the agency says it recently received recognition as PR News’ Inaugural Agency Elite Top 100, PR World’s Full Service Agency of the Year, listed as MM&M Top Agency, in addition to the more than 100 award-winning campaigns on behalf of its clients.
