by | Jul 4, 2023

Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater promoted Shonali Burke, above, to Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, and Vice President. Her promotion from Chief Marketing Officer, states a Broadway World post, “reflects the work she has been undertaking since joining the company in 2021 to rebuild Arena Stage’s Earned Revenue function, as well as overseeing its Audience Services and Marketing and Communications.” Arena Stage Executive Producer and President of the Corporation Edgar Dobie said, “Shonali’s promotion reflects an acknowledgment of her strong analytic and strategic skillset. She truly embraces our community, our values, and appreciates Arena’s origin story. Add to that a great sense of humor and a gracious manner with everyone in her orbit, her instincts and talents will serve Arena well into the future.”

The Colorectal Cancer Alliance adds Jerry J.K. Tillery to its executive team as Chief Impact Officer. Tillery joins the Alliance with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He most recently served as a Division Vice President at the American Red Cross, leading biomedical services operations and managing revenue across ten states and one U.S. territory. Before that, Tillery provided strategic and operational oversight at Wellstar Health System, the largest healthcare system in Georgia. At the Alliance, he will head up marketing and communications, patient and family support, data intelligence and technology, and finance.

Tara Rush, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Audi of America, Inc, has left the Herndon, VA-based company after four years. At Audi, she was responsible for all U.S. marketing efforts including advertising, retail marketing, consumer experience and brand partnerships, CRM and social media. Previously, Rush was the SVP and chief communications officer for Audi of America, leading the implementation of brand-driven internal and external communications across a variety of areas including corporate, product and lifestyle. Rush oversaw communications for a broad range of stakeholders including employees, industry and lifestyle media, consumers, influencers, dealers and industry associations. More here.
