At GMMB, Daniel Jester, Anson Kaye and Jaime Zapata were promoted to Partner; and Micheline Kennedy and Delacey Skinner were promoted to Managing Director.

DPR Group, Inc, added Heather Andrews as account executive. Most recently, Andrews served as marketing and PR manager at Olney Theatre Center, where she was responsible for the development and execution of all public relations and marketing strategies.  Prior, she worked in marketing and communications for Reznick Group and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Vicky Vadlamani has been promoted to senior vice president at Mercury Public Affairs. Vadlamani’s previously was vice president.  Prior to joining Mercury, Vadlamani spent several years at the crisis communications firm LEVICK. Vadlamani also teaches a graduate class in advanced digital marketing at Georgetown University and serves on the board of directors for Washington Women in Public Relations

D.C.-based Subject Matter announced that Jennie Westbrook Courts joined the firm as senior public affairs associate. Courts comes from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, where she served as the communications director for Ranking Member Tom Carper (D-Del.). Also, Justine Morgan now is a public affairs associate for Subject Matter. Prior to being added to the public affairs team, Morgan was a project manager at Subject Matter.
