agencyQ, a D.C.-based agency, announced that Greg Johnston joined as creative director. Johnston previously was executive creative director for MXM Social/Mobile; executive creative director for Ogilvy, Washington; as well as working on campaigns for Arnold Worldwide, DDB, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and McCann-Erickson among others.

Blue Water Media, a digital agency with offices in D.C., New York, and San Francisco, added George Clopp as chief technology officer.  Clopp brings more than 20 years of enterprise software and hardware engineering experience to Blue Water Media. He previously was senior vice president of technology at Epsilon and, prior to that, was vice president at Crossbow Consulting

Jonathan Wilson, president of D.C.-based Spectrum, also has been named president of GLOBALHealthPR, which is billed as the largest independent agency partnership worldwide dedicated to health and science communications.

Liz Wineriter joined The BOSS Group in Bethesda as senior account manager. Previously, she spent several years at Washington’s lifestyle magazine, Capitol File, where she oversaw client initiatives for their editorial and publishing teams.  The BOSS Group is a staffing firm for creative, marketing and digital talent.
