McCabe Message Partners, a DC-based public relations agency, added Paul Skowronek as a senior vice president after spending 15 years in leadership positions with national associations and public affairs firms, including America’s Health Insurance Plans and APCO; Bethany Hardy as a vice president; and Natalie Talis as an account manager. In addition, the agency promoted three: Haydn Bush was promoted to vice president, Brianna Gavio was promoted to senior director, and Rachel Griffith was promoted to senior director.

JPA Health Communications announced that Adam Pawluk has joined its D.C. office as a senior vice president. Prior to joining JPA, he served as executive director of healthcare and creative for Golin in New York.  Additionally, Pawluk previously worked at Ogilvy Public Relations and Ketchum in NYC.
