Taylor Bennett joins Pandora’s public policy team in D.C. Bennett comes to Pandora from Uber where he served as Communications Lead for Eastern U.S. markets, responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that led to the passage of ridesharing legislation in numerous states and municipalities. Prior to Uber, Taylor was vice president at Adfero, a boutique public relations agency, and spent nearly eight years at Edelman.
Rubin Meyer Communications, an Arlington-based public relations and marketing firm, announced its re-launch as Westfourth Communications. According to Don Meyer, who co-founded Rubin Meyer and was recently named president of Westfourth Communications. “We have a new name, but our outstanding team of strategists, media professionals and creative staff remains the same.” Led by Meyer, whose 20-year career includes a leadership role at an international PR firm; public affairs positions in the Department of Defense; and press secretary experience on Capitol Hill; the Westfourth team includes media relations, graphic design and digital media professionals.
