The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity named Pum Lefebure, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of D.C.-based Design Army,  2020 Design Lions Jury President. Lefebure will lead a specialist jury tasked with identifying exceptional visual craftmanship in six categories: brand-building, communication design, digital and interactive design, brand environment and experience design, and packaging and products.

“Cannes-worthy work should always be design that strives to create impact with transformative ideas that influence and inspire the next generation,” said Lefebure. “As a jury, we’re tasked with setting a benchmark for design excellence going forward and I am honored to lead this category into the next decade of creativity.”

Lefebure regularly judges elite competitions including D&AD and Spikes Asia. She has also served as president of One Show Design, Clio Awards, London International Awards and AdFest.

Among the global spread of elite industry experts, states a release, 53% of Presidents are women for the first time – up from 33% in 2019. Along with Lefebure, the 28 Jury Presidents combine a diverse wealth of creative expertise, skill and talent, from both clients and agencies, to benchmark and award global creative excellence and effectiveness that will set the bar for decades to come.
