FOVNDRY agency announces ownership change

by | Sep 23, 2024

FOVNDRY, a Rockville, Maryland-based agency, announced that Megan Neapolitan is the firm’s new owner and CEO. She most recently served as agency president and takes over from Laura Van Eperen, the firm’s founder and owner since 2004. Financial terms of the business transaction are private.

“It’s a privilege to step into this new role and continue Laura’s legacy of delivering exceptional client service. Having served as COO and President, I’ve had the pleasure of spearheading the agency’s evolution to a fully integrated team — and the forging of new relationships and opportunities along the way,” said Neapolitan.

Van Eperen will continue to serve the firm’s public relations and public information clients and will support FOVNDRY’s marketing efforts and ongoing commitments, such as Chair of the State of Maryland’s Marketing Partnership.

Neapolitan, states a release, “is an agency veteran, leading client relationships across branding, marketing, and creative services for notable organizations including Volkswagen and Audi of America, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Disney Corporate Alliances, Lincoln Property Company, and more. She lives in Maryland with her husband and FOVNDRY’s Creative Director, Jase Neapolitan, as well as their three young children.”
