HBP, Inc. celebrates 120th anniversary

Hagerstown Bookbinding and Printing began as a producer of hand-fed letter-press materials in downtown Hagerstown, Maryland, in 1903. Since then, states a letter from HBP President John Snyder, “we have continued to dedicate ourselves to the concept of Ideas Empowered.

“We have always looked for solutions where others saw obstacles. We have seen 120 years’ worth of changes to our industry, community, and nation. Our strength through these challenges has been our core values: Respect & Trust, Integrity & Ingenuity, Positivity & Passion, and Excellence & Teamwork. This philosophy has allowed us to provide our clients with innovative solutions, quality customer service, and a name they can trust.

“We thank our clients and team members who have made this milestone possible and look forward to continuing to provide innovative design, print, mail, and wide-format solutions for years to come.”

HBP is a leading provider of communications services in the mid-Atlantic region. According to its website, “HBP continues to build on its legacy business to respond to evolving customer and market needs. We accomplish this by identifying new and innovative opportunities to support those needs, while streamlining production processes to realize greater cost efficiencies, meet tight deadlines and even tighter budgets and maintain rigorous quality standards while providing an exceptional customer experience.”
