Focused Image Inc., in Falls Church, Va,  has been selected to be the Agency of Record for the United States Wrestling Foundation, the coalition of the most influential organizations in wrestling. As Agency of Record, Focused Image will support USWF with public relations and marketing initiatives. Last year, Focused Image completed the redesign of USWF’s website.

RMR & Associates in Rockville, Md, announced that it added Guy Shields, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, US Army Public Affairs Hall of Hall member, former Senior Manager for Communications for Raytheon and Communications Director for one of the nation’s largest military non-profits, as senior vice president. In his new role, Shields will hold lead RMR’s cyber communications and crisis communications offerings, its military non-profit marketing and revenue growth strategy offerings, and government contractor communications and engagement services.

iHeartMedia announced that Jeff Kapugi has been named Region Senior Vice President of Programming for D.C. and Baltimore. iHeartMedia’s D.C. Region includes HOT 99.5, 97.1 WASH-FM, DC101, 98.7 WMZQ, BIG 100 and 104.7 Cherry Blossom Radio in Washington, D.C., and 93.1 WPOC, Z104.3, 102.7 JACK-FM and Heaven 600 in Baltimore– and produces the iHeartRadio HOT 99.5 Jingle Ball, WMZQ Fest, DC101’s Kerfuffle and WPOC’s Weekend in the Country.  Kapugi will work with radio station personalities and program directors to oversee on-air content, music programming, as well as oversee digital and social media for all radio station brands in the Washington, D.C. Region. He will also serve as the program director for 98.7 WMZQ, Today’s Best Country.
