The Independent PR Alliance of PRSA’s National Capital Chapter (IPRA) celebrated the year’s end with good cheer, a good cause and a festive holiday lunch at Brio’s Tuscan Grille in Tysons Corner, VA. In the spirit of holiday giving, about 20 members and guests gathered to raise money for a local charity with a gift raffle.
According to IPRA, all proceeds raised this year go to the Community Missions Memorial Fund of the Mill Creek Parish United Methodist Church in Rockville, MD, “which reaches out with help to those in need across our community, our nation and the world. All donations are being made in honor of Bret Remey, the late husband of longtime PRSA-NCC IPRA member and friend Sandra Remey.”
IPRA is a network of experienced independent public relations professionals that manage their own small PR, communications and marketing consultancies of up to 15 people.
