Kory McCann, well known in the Baltimore agency market after working with Renegade in Hunt Valley for 18 years, is now at the Harvey Agency. McCann’s title at Harvey is the same as at Renegade, VP of Strategic Partnerships. “With waist-deep experience in tech, finance, telecom and more, he’s ready to kick up some dust with us,” noted Harvey in its LinkedIn announcement.

Westwicke, an ICR company, a leading strategic healthcare communications and advisory team serving approximately 150 private and public company clients, announced that Michael O’Brien has joined the team as a Managing Director of the Healthcare Public Relations practice.

O’Brien has 30 years of experience in healthcare communications, at leading healthcare PR agencies, biopharma companies and health systems, including serving on the executive leadership team at MedImmune (AstraZeneca) and as a senior leader at the University of Maryland Medical System. He has deep public relations and advocacy experience in oncology, rare diseases, genetic diseases, pediatrics, dermatology and autoimmune diseases, including pharmaceutical/biotech (clinical stage and product launch), providers and nonprofit/associations.

Prior to joining ICR, O’Brien served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for the University of Maryland Medical System. Prior to UMMS, he was Managing Director at JPA Health, where he ran the Washington, DC, headquarters office.

Imre announced the addition of three vice presidents who will further strengthen practice area capabilities.

Andrew Brown, vice president of strategy, joins imre with more than 10 years of brand strategy and customer insight experience supporting Fortune 500 brands including McDonald’s, Toyota, Walgreens and Family Dollar.

Courtney Hanson, vice president of media, joins with more than a decade of media experience – including work with Lexus, Dell, YUM! Brands and 7-Eleven – and brings an entrepreneurial mindset and inquisitive nature that she’ll immediately apply in more formally building out imre’s media practice.

Tom Sunshine, vice president of web & creative technology, joins with more than two decades of experience in digital innovation – including work for Citibank, Pfizer and BMW. Digital marketing and creative technology are Sunshine’s main area of focus, specifically the nexus of technology, strategy and design. At imre, he will work closely with activation strategists, creative and the UX/technology team to guide overall interactive execution.
