Leadership Greater Washington will honor Alex Orfinger, Executive Vice President of American City Business Journals and former publisher of the Washington Business Journal, with the 2019 LGW Leader of the Years award. According to a release, for close to two decades, “Alex’s leadership has propelled the Washington Business Journal into one of the top-performing Business Journals in the country.
“The event will be held on April 11 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt Washington 1000 H Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.
““Alex has touched many lives in the LGW community and the entire region, and it only seemed fitting that we honor him the best way we know how,” said LGW President and CEO Doug Duncan.
