LIFE magazine returns with plans for digital stories, documentaries, video and live experiences
There's life in LIFE magazine

LIFE magazine will return to regular print publication Nov. 23 with a $45 quarterly edition, TheWrap reports. Backed by Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner’s Bedford Media, the revival, states the post, "pairs premium print journalism with plans for digital stories, documentaries, video and live experiences."

The inaugural 248-page issue, titled “Where Are We Now?,” will appear in an oversized format and carry no traditional print advertising. The company, according to the post, "plans selected brand partnerships across its platforms, along with subscriptions and a founding membership program.

"The return comes more than two years after Bedford announced its agreement to revive the title.

"A free digital platform and membership benefits are intended to extend the business beyond the magazine, making the relaunch a test of how a historic publishing brand can build a contemporary audience and revenue model."
