Marketing for Change Co., a research and creative agency focused on behavior change,  announced the promotion of Meisha Thigpen to creative director.

Thigpen previously held the role of associate creative director, building research-based creative campaigns for federal and nonprofit clients. She has deep experience empowering underserved audiences through innovative marketing and communications. Her work has focused on a wide range of topics, including environmental efforts such as urban waterway restoration and public health campaigns, including COVID-19 vaccination, healthy beverage choices for children, and end-of-life planning.

“Meisha really walks the walk when it comes to marrying breakthrough creative with a keen understanding of behavioral science and what drives audiences to act,” said Peter Mitchell, chairman and chief creative officer. “It’s not just about an eye-catching idea. Great creative has to move the needle.”

Thigpen is the recipient of many awards and recognition for her work, including multiple Public Relations Society of America Silver and Bronze Anvil awards, and American Advertising Federation awards.
