Maroon PR in Columbia, Md, reports the agency is working with Foxboys Hospitality Group, the Annapolis-based ownership team behind Level, Vida Taco Bar and Fox’s Den.

Maroon PR is managing media relations for Level, a small plates lounge; Vida Taco Bar, a farm-to-taco and margarita restaurant; and Fox’s Den, an American craft gastropub that opened in 2015. Media outreach efforts will aim to attract awareness for each venue in the Annapolis, D.C. and Baltimore region, along with an emphasis on the group’s growing operation.

Additionally, the agency will focus on garnering attention for Executive Chef Josh Brown, who oversees the kitchen and menu for each restaurant. He is a native Marylander who has worked with notable restaurants in Charleston, S.C., Asheville, N.C. and Washington, D.C. On March 22, Chef Brown will be cooking at the famed James Beard House in New York City as part of a special dining event showcasing Fox’s Den.

Foxboys Hospitality was founded by brothers, Andrew and Chris Fox in 2012. The team has grown with integral partners, John Miller, Tommy Burns and Chef Brown. The group’s vision is to continue revolutionizing the downtown Annapolis culinary scene with its unique concepts, lively spaces and excellent service.
