A Maryland man who was fired from his job after wearing his employee ID badge while storming the U.S. Capitol has turned himself in, reports Patch.
Patch adds that Nicholas Rodean, of Frederick, “was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without law authority; knowingly, with intent to impede government business or official functions, engaging in disorderly conduct on capitol grounds; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the capitol buildings, according to a press release from the U.S. Department of Justice.”
Rodean, right in photo, was fired from his job at Navistar Direct Marketing, which is based in Frederick, soon after being photographed at the Capitol wearing his employee ID badge.
