C-360 Agency in Baltimore announced in a press release that “it is excited” about a $1 million investment in a rebrand and expansion of the agency. In conjunction with the brand refresh, C-360 added Lamar Lawson, in main photo, as Co-CEO to work with Co-CEO Michael DeMos. In the release C-360 also announced its move to new workspace in downtown Baltimore and a co-working space at 2001 L Street N.W. in D.C.
The rebrand includes “a bold new logo and a revamped website designed to better showcase its services and thought leadership,” according to the release. It also includes an increase in design and video editing services, and a new digital marketing department specializing in geofencing and programmatic display. The agency also launched an internship program and assembled a new sales team.
Brand3 based in Frederick says the agency “is thrilled to announce the addition of Jon-Mikel Bailey as their Director of Sales and Marketing” and that the new hire “leads the way in marketing the firm and introducing potential clients to strategies for overcoming roadblocks in their marketing efforts.” He also oversees all business development and client engagement efforts.
According to the release, Bailey brings 25 years of experience as a consultant, writer and speaker. The release states his work has been published in MarketingProfs, MarTech.org, SpinSucks, {Grow} and Social Media Today. His speaking engagements include the Digital Summit Series, MarketingProfs, ITE and Grant Thornton.

The Frederick County Office of Economic Development “is pleased to announce the promotion of Britt Swartzlander to the position of Communications Manager.” In her new role, Swartzlander will oversee all department communications including social media, publications, advertising and press releases. She will also serve as the municipality outreach coordinator, working closely with Frederick County’s municipalities and Main Street programs, as well as overseeing special events for the department. Swartzlander has been with the Frederick County Office of Economic Development for over seven years, serving in various administrative and marketing roles, most recently as Marketing Specialist under the Business Intelligence and Promotion Team. She spent four years in broadcasting, working as a television reporter and news anchor for CCN News 8 in her home state of Pennsylvania.
