Maryland news from Imre, Think Consulting and Sage Growth Partners

Imre has added two leaders to the agency’s Strategy and Creative functions as it continues to seek healthcare agency-of-record engagements. Haifa Barbari, left, joins as executive vice president of strategy and customer experience, along with Senior Vice President, Group Creative Director of Copy Joe Macera. Barbari has worked across the UK, US, and Asia-Pacific with pharma, health tech, startups, and nonprofits. Macera’s background includes launches for brands such as Pfizer’s Elrexfio, Novartis’ Entresto, and Sanofi/Regeneron’s Praluent.

Think Consulting, a Timonium-based technology and operations management consulting practice, has named Sharon Gibala-Donatelli, senior director of growth-principal marketing consultant. She will lead and expand Think’s marketing and branding division. Before joining Think, Gibala-Donatelli was the founder and head of SGD Marketing, which she started in 2011. She also was a general assignment and traffic reporter at WJZ CBS in Baltimore from 2004 to 2020.

Sage Growth Partners in Baltimore, a healthcare growth strategy and marketing firm, has announced its selection as the communications and marketing agency partner for ChronicCareIQ, promoted as “a leader in chronic care management solutions.” Founded in 2014 and based in Georgia, ChronicCareIQ helps relieve suffering for millions of chronically ill and medically fragile patients. The company’s solutions are designed to reduce hospitalizations and ER visits by leveraging technology to better connect physicians and patients.
