Maryland Updates: News from Orange Element, Marriner, Siquis and eReleases

Orange Element in Fells Point announced two promotions: Kuoting Lian to senior designer and Nicolette Cornelius to associate design director. Also, Caitlin Mazurkevich joins as project coordinator.
