by | Feb 16, 2018

Baltimore-based R2i named Cara Caruso as its vice president and strategic solutions leader. Caruso previously held sales and leadership roles with Adobe, HP, Fox Filmed Entertainment, Statera and most recently ICF Olson.

Orases, based in Frederick, was recently awarded the Corporate Culture Award by CEO Report in both the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., regions. The Corporate Culture Awards honors top companies in Baltimore and Washington, D.C., that recognize the value of creating a creative and collaborative work environment. The interactive agency is headed by President Nick Damoulakis.

Warschawski added virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) expertise to its integrated suite of solutions for clients. The offering will be run by Vice President Rachel Henderson, an award-winning producer and thought leader on VR/AR storytelling. “Brands are always exploring techniques to engage with their audiences in new and exciting ways,” said CEO David Warschawski. “VR and AR storytelling offers a powerful, immersive experience that – when executed the right way – can have tremendous results for our clients.” Also at Warschawski, the firm has been retained by Greenspring Associates, a nationally-recognized venture capital investment platform, to create integrated marketing communications campaigns that increase brand recognition and thought leadership positioning in the industry. Established in 2000, Greenspring Associates provides venture capital solutions to a diverse group of institutions and individuals worldwide.

MGH added six employees to its creative, interactive, media and social media marketing teams: Ashley Brannock, Junior Art Director, previously at TBC;  Natalie Pointkouski, Social Media Marketing Coordinator, who joins from GKV where she was public relations/social media intern; Christine Shake, Media Planner/Buyer, from Infinity Marketing in Greenville, S.C.; Bennett Wong, Social Media Marketing Coordinator, previously with the United States Senate; Miller Lite graphic designer Bryan Yingling, Web Developer; and Suyoung Yo, Senior Media Buyer, who comes to MGH from S Callan Advertising in Burbank, Calif.
