MGH Sinks Its Claws into Agency Partnership with Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls

by | May 14, 2018

MGH has been selected by Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in wild-caught, sustainable Maine lobster rolls, to lead the company’s marketing efforts. The Baltimore-based agency will handle research, brand positioning, creative services and social media marketing.

Since opening its first store in Annapolis in 2014, Mason’s has offered a variety of takes on the traditional lobster roll often found on the shores of New England. In four years, the chain has grown to seven locations — four in Maryland, and one in Delaware, Virginia and South Carolina. The company has plans to continue expansion in the coming years.

“If a brand focused on lobster has found its footing in a region where crabs reign supreme, you know they must be doing something right,” said Andy Malis, chief executive officer of MGH. “We couldn’t be more excited to partner with this brand as it expands even more than it already has in such a short amount of time. Maryland, and beyond, get ready to eat some lobster!”
