Newsweek partners with Statista to release inaugural list of America’s Best PR Agencies

U.S. cities such as New York and Washington, D.C.,
“harbor some of the most sought-after agencies on the planet.”

Public relations is not a small industry, states Newsweek, adding that data intelligence platform Statista sized the worldwide PR market at more than $100 billion in 2022, a figure that the firm said was predicted to increase by one-third within five years. Statista added that prominent U.S. cities such as New York and Washington, D.C., “harbor some of the most sought-after agencies on the planet.”

To highlight the U.S. agencies that are the most recommended in their sector or specialization, Newsweek partnered with Statista to release the inaugural list of America’s Best PR Agencies. The list of 150 agencies is based on a survey of PR agency employees and owners as well as people who work in the PR, communications or marketing department of a U.S. company. Both groups recommended PR agencies in their field of expertise.

The agencies with the most recommendations represent 11 client sectors and 13 specializations. Sectors include areas like consumer goods, health care and professional services. The specializations focus on services such as event planning, media strategy and influencer relations.

You can check out the list here.
