Baltimore’s Orange Element added Asia Reynolds and Greg Pasha, according to an announcement by agency CEO Aaron Moore. Reynolds, left, brings over three years of design and marketing experience to the roster, including serving as graphic designer with World of Beer Franchising and senior graphic designer and illustrator for LUMIN magazine. Pasha arrives with over 20 years of agency marketing experience and fills a leading strategic role in providing collaborative solutions to the agency’s largest non-profit and financial sector clients. His background includes Barton Cotton and TBC in Baltimore, where he was senior director of production.
Ironmark, based in Annapolis Junction, announced the hiring of Matt McGrath to help continue to grow the Ironmark sales division. McGrath spent the past 26 years at PCA, an RR Donnelley company.
Media Works, Ltd., a Baltimore-based strategic media agency billing more than $72 million, announced that natural gas and electric utility BGE selected the agency for media buying and planning. The assignment includes promotional advertising and educational advertising across traditional and digital channels including TV, streaming audio & video, social media, paid search and display advertising.
“Media Works’ partnership with BGE is a collaborative relationship, and we look forward to helping them reach their goals through strategic media placements,” said Beth Cyphers, vice president of Media Works.
