Politics and policy publication The Hill has named former Twitter and Google executive Peter D. Greenberger its publisher, reports MediaPost.
The MediaPost post added that Greenberger will report to Richard D. Beckman, president of The Hill, which is based in Washington, D.C.
“In an era of toxic political media coverage, The Hill stands alone as a uniquely bipartisan pillar of the media landscape,” stated Greenberger. “I’m honored at this important time to help lead the commercial charge for this iconic brand.”
He succeeds Jack Rotherham, who was tapped just last year to serve as The Hill’s publisher.
