Armor, a Philadelphia-based digital agency with clients in D.C., announced a significant addition to its team with the hiring of Chris Reif. In the newly formed ECD role, Reif brings to Armor nearly 20 years of creative expertise, having most recently served as SVP, Creative & Innovation at Allen & Gerritsen (A&G).
According to the announcement, the move reunites Reif with Armor COO Dan Hughes; together the two founded A&G’s Philadelphia office in 2007 and quickly made their mark with nationally-recognized creative work and first of its kind innovative projects through their internal Labs group.
“The past nine years at A&G have been a very special time for me, but I couldn’t turn down the chance to help Armor shape its future,” said Reif. “Scott has quietly assembled one of the strongest digital teams in Philadelphia, and I’m looking forward to playing a part in its growth and evolution.”
“We’re fortunate to be in a position to land someone like Chris,” said Scott Peters, Armor’s founder & CEO. “His creative eye, unprecedented leadership skills, and infectious personality are a rare mix in our world. He was the absolute perfect choice to lead the creative charge for our clients today and the one’s we’ll have tomorrow.”
Armor’s D.C. based clients include cyber warfare prevention company Fortego.
