The Maryland Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America announced the expansion of its partnership with the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) chapter at Loyola University Maryland.

This year’s PRSA Maryland Conference (formerly the Chesapeake Conference) will be held at Loyola and chapter members are developing plans for additional PRSSA staff/student engagement through workshops, board discussions, the annual “Best in Maryland” awards, as well as many other activities and events, according to chapter president Dan Dunne, APR, pictured, center.

Loyola faculty and PRSSA students will invite PRSA Maryland members to visit the University in the coming months to serve as guest speakers, participate in networking events, and support career development opportunities — such as involvement with career fairs and publicizing internship opportunities.

The PRSSA chapter is advised by Loyola associate professor Tania Cantrell Rosas-Moreno, Ph.D.
