PRSA-NCC Announces 2017 Board: Laura Bynum Named President

The Public Relations Society of America’s National Capital Chapter (PRSA-NCC) has announced its 2017 Board of Directors and National Assembly delegates. The PRSA-NCC Board oversees the chapter’s more than 40 professional development programs each year and the annual Thoth Awards designed to advance professionalism and support career growth. The National Assembly delegates represent the chapter at the annual PRSA National Assembly.

“Working on behalf of the Washington, D.C., area public relations industry professionals who comprise the National Capital Chapter, it is a great honor to serve as NCC President in 2017,” said Laura Bynum, president, PRSA-NCC, and shown in photo above. “As we work to provide and strengthen members’ knowledge in the field of PR and encourage ethical communication practices, I look forward to working with the Chapter’s Board of Directors and the Leadership Team to advance the chapter strategically to ensure our members receive the PRSA services and benefits for them to excel on the job.”
