Dallas, TX-based Integrity Marketing Group, LLC, a independent distributor of life and health insurance products, announced it has completed the acquisition of ThomasArts, an advertising agency specializing in the senior insurance market. ThomasArts, headquartered in Salt Lake City with an office in Washington D.C., provides strategic direction, creative, digital, social media marketing as well as data and technology solutions to national brands that drive healthcare and 50+ consumer marketing in the U.S.

Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications, a communications agency with offices in DC and Seattle, has acquired Seattle-based MIX PR. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. RH said the acquisition will further strengthen its B2B tech PR offerings in cybersecurity, enterprise software and emerging technology, while growing its staff to 30. Founded in 2009, MIX PR counts clients such as PCI Security Standards Council, Cisco, Malwarebytes and Websense.

Dentsu Aegis Network, the London-based majority owner of Columbia-based digital marketing agency Merkle, said it has acquired New York-based Media Storm, a provider of data-driven audience planning and targeting services, from the company’s founders, as well as private equity firm TZP Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Dentsu said the acquisition will give Merkle expanded capabilities across key verticals. Media Storm has deep roots in the media and entertainment industries, helping networks, cable, apps and theatrical companies with their digital needs.
