The Stagwell Group  named Ray Day as Vice Chair of its Marketing and Communications Agencies.  The new leadership position will continue the integration, innovation and growth of the Stagwell Group companies, building the agencies of the future and enabling the future of communications and marketing.





PF Growth Partners, LLC (PFGP), a division of Planet Fitness, has promoted Josh Gerber to Chief Marketing Officer.

He now oversees the planning, development and execution of marketing and advertising for PFGP, which operates 66 locations in Maryland, Washington, DC, Tennessee, Florida, Washington state and coming soon, California. His primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through marketing campaigns, market research, pricing, marketing communications, traditional and digital advertising and public relations.



Lisa (Saisselin) McDonald has been appointed to Chief Communications and Advancement Officer at the National Breast Cancer Coalition. Lisa brings to NBCC more than 25 years of experience in healthcare communications, marketing, and fundraising. Most recently, Lisa served as a Vice President at the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions where she managed marketing, media relations, digital communications, social media, and event promotions. As a Vice President at Reingold, she supervised client accounts and managed the media relations team for a strategic communications firm serving national non-profits, medical societies, and federal government clients. Having served as the Director of Marketing at George Washington University Hospital for more than 16 years, Lisa helped launch and promote the GW Breast Imaging and GW Breast Surgery Centers and earned more than 75 awards for advertising campaigns, publications, websites, and videos. “Breast cancer runs in my family and I am looking forward to meeting the many NBCC advocates and researchers that are dedicated to putting an end to breast cancer.”

Experiential marketing agency Impact XM has welcomed Michael Grivas to lead its Canadian and DC based sales team. As Vice President of Client Services, Michael will apply his industry experience in: business strategy, sales activities, operations, client relationships, and team development to the Impact XM team.

A second-generation experiential marketer with over thirty years in the industry, Grivas will help Impact XM to take their clients beyond the experience thought of in traditional trade show marketing. He joins Impact XM from a previous position as President of mg Experiential Marketing, where he earned much of his experience. While in his previous position, Grivas united clients and in-house employees through internal and external communications, presentations, and gatherings all while championing growth at every level of the business. He is an innovative and empathetic leader with a commitment to curating a company culture of success. Michael Grivas also serves on the board of the American Society of Interior Design.
