Chantilly-based digital agency Whereoware named Paul Pickersgill as its vice president of sales. Pickersgill most recently served as a regional sales manager at Thomson Reuters FindLaw.

BLR Holdings, Inc, Rockville, MD, consolidated its four commonly-owned companies— BLR Holdings, The BOSS Group, Cella Consulting and Proposal Development Consultants under a new brand known as Cella, Inc.  In addition, Cella won ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Client and Talent Diamond Awards for service excellence.
