Response Labs, based in Baltimore, added Persa Konomi, above, and Christopher Kayser to its team.

Response Labs expands the breadth of experience in digital CRM and loyalty marketing with the hiring of Konomi as Account Director. She brings a wealth of knowledge with her from her most recent stint in the United Kingdom where she led CRM and loyalty initiatives for clients across Europe and Latin America.

In her previous roles, she was responsible for creating multi-channel customer strategies for retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The strategies consisted of personalization, contact plans and digital lifecycle campaigns.

Response Labs also continues to build its team of highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts with the addition of Solutions Architect Christopher Kayser, shown above.

In his last role as Solutions Architect at Access 2 Insight, Kayser created processes to automate evaluating customer purchase activity for powering segmentation. This solution led to new revenue streams and improvements to existing ones. Prior to Access 2 Insight, he was the Marketing Technology Manager of the CRM team at ticket reseller Vivid Seats; and team lead at Oracle’s Responsys Interact campaign services department.
