RMR, based in Potomac, MD, and 2TON, based in South Florida, announce strategic merger

RMR & Associates (RMR), based in Potomac, MD, and 2TON, based in South Florida, announced a strategic merger, bringing the two organizations together under one umbrella to create, states a release, “one of East Coast’s most comprehensive, integrated digital marketing and communications platforms.”
As part of the merger, states the release, “RMR will operate as a specialized B2B public relations division, expanding its capabilities with enhanced digital marketing, branding and performance-driven creative services. RMR has served the Washington D.C., region for more than 25 years and is consistently ranked in the Washington Business Journal’s Top 20 of public relations agencies in the D.C. Metro Area.
“The merger brings together complementary strengths: RMR’s expertise in strategic public relations and savvy marketing for clients in the commercial, B2B, B2G, B2C, government, non-profit, financial services, healthcare, and IT sectors alongside 2TON’s nationally recognized work in branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and creative development.”
“For almost three decades, RMR has helped organizations, from startups to Fortune500, to navigate and overcome their marketing challenges, define and cement their strategic position for long-term growth, and driven measurable results,” said President and CEO of RMR & Associates, Robyn Sachs. “Joining forces with 2TON allows us to bring existing and new clients an even more powerful, fully integrated platform—one that pairs strategic communications with world‑class creative, digital, and performance marketing. We’re excited to combine our strengths and continue delivering the kind of results‑driven work that has defined RMR.”
“Marketing and communications today require true integration across earned, owned and digital platforms,” said Jason Emmett, owner of 2TON. “By bringing these teams together, we’re creating an agency built for where the industry is going and combining strategic communications with high-level creative and digital execution.”
The two firms, continues the release, “share a culture rooted in collaboration and the entrepreneurial spirit. The merger positions the combined agency for continued East Cost growth while offering clients a fully integrated approach to brand strategy, communications, and marketing performance.”
