RP3 Expands Leadership Team with Five Strategic Hires

RP3 added five team members across strategy, creative, account leadership and talent, reinforcing, states RP3, “the agency’s commitment to delivering wildly original work powered by deep insight, cultural relevance and a thriving internal culture.”
Joining the agency are Amy Hubbell as head of strategy, Lee Taylor, as creative director of art, Charlie Kuhn as associate creative director of copy, Kath Fidler as head of talent and culture, and Julia Rhodes as account supervisor. Together, they bring decades of experience across top agencies, global brands and culture‑shaping organisations.
According to the agency, Hubbell, RP3’s head of strategy, brings a rare blend of intelligence, intuition, and cultural curiosity. In her new role, she is responsible for elevating strategic thinking across work streams, partnering closely with Laura Thomas, chief strategy officer, to work across some of the agency’s largest brands, including Atlantic Union Bank and NOVA Community College. Hubbell previously served as director of intelligence and the Brand Joy Lab at PETERMAYER, where she built the agency’s insights engine and shaped strategy for brands including the Kennedy Space Center, The National WWII Museum, Quantum Fiber and Visa.
On the creative side, Taylor joins as creative director of art, bringing award‑winning experience from PETERMAYER, Curiosity, and top independent shops nationwide. Known for culturally resonant work for the NFL, Louisiana Tourism, Zatarain’s, Brooks Running and more, she will work closely with Tuesday Poliak, chief creative officer, to continue elevating RP3’s creative output and help clients achieve extraordinary results.
According to the agency, Taylor will also partner closely with Kuhn, RP3’s new associate creative director of copy, whose experience spans major agencies, including The Martin Agency, Fallon Worldwide and a robust freelance career. An award-winning copywriter, Kuhn is dedicated to raising the creative bar and will contribute across a number of clients at RP3, such as Atlantic Union Bank, NOVA and Marriott.
To support RP3’s next phase of growth, Fidler joins as head of talent and culture, reporting directly to founder and CEO Beth Johnson. Fidler previously led people operations at BBDO Atlanta and served as HR director at Floyd County Productions. She will champion culture, inclusion, talent development and the operational backbone that enables creative excellence.
Rounding out the new hires is Rhodes, who joins as account supervisor on NOVA. Rhodes brings experience from AMP Agency and The Martin Agency, where she supported clients including BFGoodrich, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, TIAA, and Penske.
“Each of these hires brings a spark that makes our agency better; not just in the work we create, but in the way we show up for one another,” said Beth Johnson, founder and CEO, RP3. “RP3 has always been about people with heart, curiosity and courage, and Amy, Lee, Charlie, Kath and Julia embody that completely. I’m grateful they chose us, and I can’t wait to see the impact they’ll have on our teams and our clients.”
