MGH announced that SoBol – a New York-based cafe with more than 60 locations nationwide specializing in fresh acai bowls, smoothies and more – has selected the Hunt Valley agency to execute a variety of social media advertising initiatives to help position the brand for future growth.
The agency will design and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive in-store traffic and sales, as well as to help SoBol stand out from its competitors.
“Our team is looking forward to creating attention-grabbing social media campaigns that show off SoBol’s fresh and delicious menu offerings,” said MGH CEO Andy Malis. “We’re excited to utilize our vast franchise marketing experience to help SoBol reach its goals of increased brand awareness and growth in sales as it continues to open new locations across the U.S.”
Planit, one of Baltimore’s top communications, marketing and interactive agencies, announced that Jon Gregory, left, was promoted to the role of Director of Account Services. In his new role, Gregory will serve as the visionary and unifier of Planit’s Account Services team, overseeing internal efforts while also managing key relationships with Planit’s clients.
“We are thrilled that Jon will be taking over the critical role of Director of Account Services,” said Matt Doud, co-founder and President of Planit. “Jon has been with Planit for more than five years and knows the agency and its clients intimately. In addition to his track record of success for our clients, Jon leads with empathy and accountability, as well as a passion for doing the right thing rather than the easy thing.”
Gregory has worked at Planit in Account Services since 2017 when he started as an account director. Before coming to Planit, he worked for GKV in Baltimore where he started as an intern in 2007, and eventually became an Account Supervisor.
