The American Advertising Federation of Baltimore (AAFB)’s top winners from Baltimore’s 48th Annual American Advertising Awards show competed in the second tier of the competition on April 8, 2022, in the AAF District 2 American Advertising Awards competition. AAF District 2 represents AAF chapters in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
Entries from local agencies MGH, Storyfarm, Planit and GKV earned District 2 awards:
- MGH won a Gold ADDY for “SMBW Oktoberfest Can Design” for client Santa Monica Brew Works in the category of Sales & Marketing – Packaging.
- Storyfarm received a Gold ADDY for “Red Desk Project” for client LifeBridge Health’s Center for Hope in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility Film, Video & Sound.
- Planit earned a Silver ADDY for “TORO Flex-Force TV” for client TORO in the category of Elements of Advertising – Computer Generated Imagery.
- GKV received a Silver ADDY for “Segafredo Zanetti – Illustrations” for client MZB in the category of Elements of Advertising – Illustration Series.
MGH, Storyfarm, Planit and GKV’s winning entries are moving on to compete in the National American Advertising Awards Competition. National winners will be announced at the AAF’s national conference, Admerica, taking place June 2-5 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
The American Advertising Awards competition is the industry’s largest and most representative competition — attracting more than 35,000 entries every year in local competitions.
