The Washington Posts Wins 170 Awards in Society for News Design Competitions

The Post had one of its most successful years in the Society for News Design print and digital competitions, winning more awards than any other publication – 170 in all – including a gold medal and 11 silver medals, reports The Post, which added that The Post was also named “World’s Best-Designed finalist in both the digital and newspaper competitions.

“The Post was honored for a range of work —data visualizations, story presentations and product enhancements across multiple platforms. The organization won more than 50 awards, including a gold medal and seven silver medals.”
